• George joined the paper recycling industry in 1972 and founded Hanna Paper in 1977.
• He has over 40 years of management experience in paper recycling, and is one of the most experienced and recognized figures in the industry.
• He directly oversees operations at the original Markham facility.

About George:

Behind every good man, there is a better woman, and for George there are three of them: his wife Sondra and their two daughters, Melissa and Ashley. George and Sondra live on a farm in Newmarket, Ontario where they spend their spare time breeding and racing Standardbred racehorses. They are active members of their community and long-time supporters of children’s charities. When not working, racing horses, actively fundraising, or spending time with his family, George can be found on the nearest golf course.
